个人简介

韦巧艳,女,博士,硕士生导师。毕业于日本熊本大学,2015年获得工学博士学位。2010年-2016年,在日本熊本大学主要从事厌氧氨氧化细菌(Anammox)的富集及其在废水脱氮工艺的环境参数调控等研究,探究Anammox脱氮过程的机理。2016年-2018年在深圳大学李猛教授课题组从事博士后工作,主要从事Anammox细菌的富集和生态分布的研究,比较不同典型河口沉积物中Anammox细菌的群落结构、环境效应及其在氮循环的贡献率。共发表学术论文20余篇。

研究兴趣:

(1)废水生物脱氮处理:Anammox工艺;

(2)环境微生物生态学:

        ① 参与氮循环转化过程的微生物在各类环境中的群落分布、多样性、丰度及其生物活性;

        ② 微生物机理过程模型、微生物经验统计模型。
